Built to perform. Simple to use.
Commercial-grade equipment designed for your home gym. See how it works in real training sessions.
Four steps from box to first rep
Each piece is engineered for quick assembly and stable, safe performance. No specialist tools, no guesswork.
Assemble the frame
Pre-drilled holes and labelled hardware make assembly straightforward. Most units take 60 to 90 minutes with basic tools. Reinforced steel beams lock together for a 900 kg load rating.

Adjust to your height
Set barbell start height, safety stops and cable pulley heights in seconds. Pin-and-hole adjustments hold position under load. No wrenches or tools needed between exercises.

Load plates & lock the bar
Olympic-standard sleeves fit 2-inch plates. Twist-lock collars secure the weight, and built-in plate storage keeps your training area organised and within reach.

Train every muscle group
Squat, press, pull and row from one station. Cable attachments add 50+ variations, and smooth linear bearings guide every rep with consistent resistance.

Built in garages, basements & spare rooms
Canadians training on Montreal Weights equipment. No commute, no queue, no compromise on the lift.

Set it up in my garage. Takes the same weight as the commercial rack at my old gym. No regrets.

Fits in an 8×10 space. I train chest, back and legs without swapping equipment. Worth every dollar.

Solid and quiet. I train every morning before work. Zero maintenance so far.

The questions we get asked most
Most customers finish in 60 to 90 minutes with basic tools (a wrench set and the included Allen keys). All holes are pre-drilled and hardware is labelled. Two people make it faster, but one person can manage it alone.
Smith machines and power racks need a minimum 8-foot ceiling; cable towers need 7.5 feet. Our compact bench and bike models work in any standard residential ceiling height (8 feet or more).
Yes. Every multi-function machine includes pre-drilled anchor points in the base. Bolting to concrete adds stability for heavy lifts (500+ lb), but the frame is stable on rubber mats for most training.
All our barbells and weight sleeves use the Olympic standard: 2-inch (50 mm) diameter, compatible with any Olympic bumper or iron plates from any brand.
No. Everything ships with rubber foot caps, which are sufficient for concrete or unfinished floors. For finished floors we recommend adding 3/4-inch rubber gym mats under the footprint.
Training at home, verified
Assembled the SM-900 in 75 minutes. Hit squats, bench and rows the same day. The bearings are smooth and the safety stops lock solid. Finally training again after two years of skipping gyms.
The cable tower lets me hit back and shoulders without changing stations. Pulleys run quiet and the stack moves smooth. My basement is now more functional than my old commercial gym.
I was worried about capacity for heavy squats. This holds 800+ lb without flexing. Frame is solid steel, welds are clean, pin adjustments are tight. No complaints after 8 months of daily use.
